OBC Gravel Ride - Carleton-Almonte Reverse

Gravel view of the Carleton Place-Almonte area. Head out of Carleton Place on to great gravel Quarry Road. Then head onto quiet, scenic roads on the edge of the Lanark Highlands. Arrive Almonte along the Mississippi River on the Ottawa Valley Rail rail trail. Optional stop in Almonte for Coffee and bake goods. Depart Almonte on the north shore of the rivers and travel down through Appleton. Then meander back to the start location in Caleton Place.
