BIH—🔗

A 4-week mountain biking course on the trails of Gatineau Park. Each cohort meets on Tuesdays (17h30–20h00) for four consecutive weeks — you sign up for a full cohort, not individual sessions. Groups of 10, coached by PMBIA-certified instructor Valérie. Skills build each session: climbing, descending, cornering, and reading terrain. Bring your own bike or rent one from Nomades du Parc. $249.95 per cohort.
